Booking conditions
Reservations
You must pay 50% of the rent in advance. The balance of the rent will be paid on the day of arrival and the deposit for the amount of rent.
Deposit
The deposit of 200€ is paid on the day of arrival in the apartment. This deposit will be returned upon departure, unless damages and the apartment is not under the same conditions of cleanliness as you arrive.
Conditions of occupation
The studios can accommodate two people. The studios are non smoking. Animals are not allowed
Linen
For all rental periods linen is provided and includes : bed sheet and towels.
The cleaning of linen at the end ot the rental period is included in the rentale rate.
Additionnal charge
The expenditure of water are always included in the rent

Terms of arrival and departure
Arrival
We welcome you to the apartment. To provide the best service possible, please give us an approximate time of arrival at the apartment, by giving us the arrival time of your flight or your train.
Departure
We will also be present when you leave. You give us at least 3 days before your departure, your departure time, to arrange an appointment with you.
